Our goal in the first half hour of service is to have your system either working to your satisfaction or provide you with options to meet your needs. The Home Office/ Home user rate is $40 per half hour with a one hour minimum charge. There are no travel fees or time billed traveling in the towns of Falmouth, Cumberland, Yarmouth, North Yarmouth, and Freeport.

We sell computers in store and can build them to your specifications. You are welcome to come inside our store to see some of the latest  computers. We will help you find the best deal for what you are looking for. Although we sell BigBearTech systems, we can work on any Windows based system to help you diagnose problems, upgrade, or repair.
We are a Linksys VAR. We can network your family's computers in a secured wireless network to share files, printers, and backups. We will make sure your system is secure and reliable.
Don't risk losing your important pictures, files, or music. We offer several backup solutions based on how much data you want to backup. We can create scheduled backups so you won't have to worry about maintaining your backups.
We have printers in the store for you to test out before you purchase. We also work with other major brands such as HP. We have the new All-in-one printers, family color laser jets, and inexpensive printers. If you need to run out and buy $70-$80 worth of ink, you should consider upgrading to a newer, better printer.
